Return Policy
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition it was received.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or fragrance (e.g., perfume or deodorant).
Please note:
Sale or discounted items may be non-returnable (final sale).
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email our customer support team at support@demure-shop.in with your:
Order number
Product you want to return
Reason for return
You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions within 48 hours of your request.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Demure Shop is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
We will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled shortly after placement if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Please email us as soon as possible with your order details to check cancellation eligibility.
