1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India. For international shipping options, please contact our customer care team before placing your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your order safely and on time. Depending on your location and chosen shipping service, your order may be delivered through carriers such as (example names you can replace: Delhivery, India Post, Blue Dart, etc.).

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows (after order processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Sometimes we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check our homepage or offers page for current promotions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • A tracking number you can use to track your package online

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact customer support as soon as possible.

For international orders , any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country are your responsibility.
